Compass Rose was conceived on the Trans Siberian railway in 2011. Founder, Rose Previte had been living in Russia for 3 years. She and her husband, David Greene, took the train from Moscow to Vladivostok before moving back stateside. David wrote his book, Midnight in Siberia and Rose created Compass Rose.

We are all missing travel so we thought we would create a journey that we all can safely enjoy. Our menu has always been about travel stories and as we redesigned & created our “new normal” we turned our street-ery into our own Trans Siberian train car.
